Happy 5th Birthday Jadyn!

Today my girl turns a whole hand - the big 5 years old! So many emotions come over me when I think of 5 years!  We waited 5 years until she entered this world.  It was at the time what seemed like a long wait through secondary infertility.  We were told we wouldn't have any more children after MJ and that it was a miracle to even have him.  Now to look at what has taken place in the past 5 years - 3 children!  I am brought to tears to think of God's goodness and grace in our lives! 
Jadyn is such a personality!  She's a little mommy to her younger brothers and younger cousins.  She definitely has the gift of helps.  She is always looking for ways to help.  She's spunky, a bit stubborn, loves being silly and being the princess of our family!  I love this girl more than words can say!  We named her Jadyn Grace because Jadyn means "Jehovah has heard".  And He graciously answered our prayers with this precious girl!  Jadyn, we love you more than words can say. You are a testimony of God's goodness in our lives!  We pray that you will grow to be a godly young woman who desires to share God's love and good news to those around you!

For the big 5th birthday, I took her to the American Girl store and she got to pick out her very own Bitty Baby.  She was so excited!!!

Then we ate at the café.  Baby Lucy enjoyed lunch with us, too.

She even got a cupcake and the entire café sang Happy Birthday to her!

It was a fun day!

I am so thankful for my girl!!!

9 Months Old

Yesterday, Job turned 9 months old!  So hard to believe!

A Very Fast Weekend in PA

Last weekend I was able to fly up to PA all by myself to run a 5k to raise money for friends of mine who will be adopting a baby. I was so grateful that God worked it out for me to go up.  And my husband rocks!!!  He had all 4 kids by himself all weekend! =)

The weather could not have been more perfect for race day! I had my best time 29:42 since having Job!  Here's a pic of me with my friends Julie and Rich!  I can't wait to see how God is going to work in their lives and in the life of that baby He has chosen for their family!

 It was a great turn out for the race.

I was also able to be at my nephew's K5 graduation!  So proud of you Zach!

He showed us all he learned in K5.  He's such a brilliant boy!  He must get it from his aunt! ;)

It was so much fun just being an aunt!  I think it's the first time that has ever happened! Zach had lots of tricks to show me on the trampoline.

 Riley wasn't always too sure of me, but when he was I got big smiles from him!

 I did a lot of hanging out with my niece and nephew!

 Bria and I were definitely tired by the end of the weekend!

And the best part, I get to see these adorable kids on Saturday!  They're all coming for a vacation to Miami!!!  I am so excited to show off Miami to them for the first time!  It's gonna be so much fun!

Memorial Day Weekend 2013

We had an amazing weekend in Naples this past weekend with our family.  I love hanging out with my family having fun together! Here are some pics from our fun weekend!

4th Grade Graduate!

Mj is officially finished with 4th grade and is now a 5th grader! Gulp! I'm so proud of the work has put into his 4th grade year.  It definitely has been a harder year for him, but he endured and did well.  We acknowledge that it is only by God's grace that he has done so well.
